RULES:
1. There will be 2 sections in this contest.
Section 1: Contestants 14 years of age and under.
Section 2: Contestants 15 years of age and older.
2. Contest is open to the first 25 entries combined between the 2 sections.
3. The 1st place winner of the 2009 contest is not eligible to enter.
4. There is a $10 entry fee to enter this contest.
5. Contestants may bring their own Karaoke CDs, but they may NOT be "burned copies", and must be original official karaoke discs.
Contestants may contact Kathryn Kelley at the following email: kelleycommotion@yahoo.com to see if the song they would like to perform is in their collection. Please note that should a contestant choose to do so they will not have the option of listening to the rendition of that song prior to performance.
6. All entry forms must be submitted to the Fair Office by 6pm Monday September 13th, 2010. The following items must be included on your form: your name, name of the song, the artist and the track number on the CD. Mail your entry form along with entry fee to the fair office address listed on the inside cover or drop off in person during office hours.
7. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges. The decision of the judges’ will be considered final.
PLEASE NOTE: You must hand in your CD to Kathryn Kelley the day of the contest no later than 1 hour prior to the event. Your CD and CD cover must have the following on it: Your Name, The Song Title, The Artist and the Track Number.
